4 weeks of progressive training to develop your kettlebell practice

This 4 week course, training 2 days per week, teaches the primary kettlebell lifts including the swing, clean, goblet squat, snatch and turkish get up in progressive workouts. After the 4 weeks you will be stronger & have mastered your form & technique.
Space is limited. You must sign up for the series as each class builds on the previous.
