With the use of rollers, balls, Monster Bands, Voodoo Floss and PNF stretching, the Mobility Project will address the common issues that limit your range of motion. Based on the science of manual therapy, exercise physiology and joint mechanics, this class will walk you through safe, effective, performance-based routines to reduce joint and muscle pain and improve your active range of motion. So you can Feel Better, Move Better and Perform Better.

The Mobility Project is a great active recovery class for your rest day so you can push harder when it’s time to, whether you are a mountain athlete,  CrossFitter, cyclist, runner, climber, boater, skier, gardener or grandma.
